What will you both be doing in twenty, thirty, or forty years time?
The question of whether you can have of a long happy and successful married life
together for better or worse is an important question. Deciding to get married is
one of the most important decisions you are likely to make in your life. Once you
have made this decision, the wedding plans begin. Sometimes part of the wedding planning
is a requirement by the Church to do a Pre Marriage course and as part of a Pre marriage
course, an experienced couple/relationships counsellor can help highlight what can
typically go wrong in a relationship at various milestones throughout married life.
These can relate to a new baby, job loss, midlife crises, menopause, illness and
so on.
